This year at Interpack 2026, we will present our innovative packaging machine for tea folding cartons, featuring a wide range of useful functions – just as you have come to expect from WÄCHTER Packautomatik, but with additional flexibility through customized adaptations.

The machine processes folding cartons from a magazine and forms them into a secondary packaging consisting of a bottom and lid tray.

The machine impresses with a performance of up to 16 cartons per minute or 80–90 folding cartons per minute and can handle three carton formats, which can be expanded with just a few format parts. Thanks to the integrated camera technology, the folding cartons are checked for correct batch printing and expiration date. The machine can create both single-variety and mixed cartons, and once the carton is fully closed, lateral pressure is applied to ensure stability.

With this solution, you benefit from maximum flexibility, precision, and efficiency – fully in line with the standards of WÄCHTER Packautomatik.
